MediCard Phils., Inc. is a leading HMO founded and run by doctors, driving service-oriented health care nationwide. MediCard is seeking a Process Analyst to discover, document, and analyze business processes to enable compliant redesign and automation.

The role emphasizes As-Is workflows, SOPs, and collaboration with BPM and Automation teams. The position focuses on capturing process rules, validating versions, and supporting SOP rollout and adoption, with outcomes tied to improving process

Qualifications

  • Experience in documenting process maps and SOPs per BPM COE standards.
  • Ability to facilitate structured process discovery sessions with business users and SMEs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and facilitate structured process discovery sessions with business users and SMEs to capture As-Is workflows, handoffs, rules, and pain points (25%).
  • Document and maintain detailed process maps (L3–L4), SOPs, and work instructions in accordance with BPM COE standards (20%).
  • Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, rework drivers, bottlenecks, and operational leakage across assigned domains (15%).
  • Validate and rationalize multiple versions of the same process to support standardization and redesign efforts (10%).
  • Support Process Engineers and BPM Leads during To-Be design by providing accurate operational insights and feasibility considerations (10%).
  • Capture and document process rules, decision points, exceptions, and manual controls to support compliance and automation readiness (10%).
  • Collaborate with Automation & AI COE teams to clarify process behavior, volumes, and edge cases during intake and solution design (5%).
  • Assist in SOP rollout, user walkthroughs, and post-implementation feedback collection to support adoption and continuous improvement (5%).

The Process Analyst is responsible for discovering, documenting, and analyzing MediCard’s business processes to establish a clear, accurate, and practical understanding of how work is performed today. This role provides the operational foundation required for effective process redesign, compliance validation, and automation enablement.

Roles & Responsibilities
