Job summary

Mondiale VGL Pty is seeking a Process Management Specialist to support shipment data entry, document review, and cross‑functional coordination in a hybrid work environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely data processing, and collaboration with overseas offices, customers, and carriers to maintain shipment records and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–4 years of relevant experience in Shared Services or BPO, preferably logistics/freight forwarding.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Experience with CargoWise is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input shipment details, including consignee information, transport details, invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Review shipping documents to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to registration.
• Maintain and update shipment records within CargoWise.
• Coordinate with overseas offices, customers, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment information and documentation requirements.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and registration issues.
• Ensure all import files are processed within established SLAs.
• Monitor workflow queues and prioritize urgent shipments as required.
• Generate reports and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Efficiently address and resolve complaints or queries.
• Follow proper steps as per the given SOP

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately input shipment details, including consignee information, transport details, invoices, and supporting documentation.

• Monitor workflow queues and prioritize urgent shipments as required.
• Generate reports and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Efficiently address and resolve complaints or queries.
• Follow proper steps as per the given standard operating procedure
