Job summary

Mondiale VGL is seeking a Process Management Specialist to support AU Operations. You will process shipment documents in CargoWise, assist with invoicing, and monitor transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies.

The role requires a 1–4 year background in shared services or freight operations, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and organizational skills. A hybrid work arrangement and company benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in Shared Services or BPO, preferably logistics/freight operations.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Experience with CargoWise is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and review shipment, accounting, and related operational documents using CargoWise.
• Assist with invoice processing, billing, and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding transactions and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team as required.
• Perform data entry and maintain records using Microsoft Office applications and internal systems.
• Generate reports and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve complaints or queries.
