Job summary

Mondiale VGL, a global transport and logistics provider, is seeking a detail-oriented data entry and shipments coordinator. You will input shipment details, review documents, and maintain records in CargoWise while coordinating with overseas offices, customers, and carriers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires 1–4 years in Shared Services or BPO, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in CargoWise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–4 years in Shared Services or BPO, preferably logistics or freight forwarding.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field required.
• Experience with CargoWise is required.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Input shipment details (consignee info, transport details, invoices, docs).
• Review shipping documents for completeness before registration.
• Maintain and update shipment records in CargoWise.
• Coordinate with overseas offices, customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and registration issues.
• Ensure all import files meet established SLAs.
• Monitor workflow queues and prioritize urgent shipments.
• Generate reports and provide status updates to management.
• Address complaints or queries efficiently.
• Follow SOPs and company procedures.
