Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates customer data repositories to ensure data quality and alignment with procedures.
• Develops and maintains customer information databases to support analytics and data-driven marketing.
• Manages information security, data protection and data quality.
• Liaises with IT and other data management functions as required.
• Enter and verify contact information; perform web searches to validate data.
• Validate/acquire data from external sources and ensure adherence to data cleansing guidelines.
• Ensure high data quality and error-free data delivery.
