Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–2 years of experience with data analytics, data science or related field.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R and statistical software.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience with relational databases and big data technologies.
• Data wrangling and cleaning to prepare datasets for analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving and project management.

Responsibilities

• Employee Performance Management: orient, coach, monitor performance, and guide coaching discussions.
• Conflict / Crisis Management: address team issues, communicate during crises, and suggest solutions.
• Reporting: submit weekly status, monthly updates, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Operational Improvement: manage workload, drive process improvements, and align with leadership on actions.
• Other Qualifications/Requirements: maintain ownership, participate in product integrations and audits, plan workforce.
