Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Process Improvement Manager for the EMEAA region to drive store operations excellence in a hybrid Ortigas, Pasig setup. You will lead continuous improvement programs for store service systems, equipment, and processes to achieve speed, quality, and cost savings.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, evaluate technology solutions, manage projects end-to-end, and endorse proposals to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Postgraduate studies in Engineering or Business Management preferred.
• At least 6 years relevant work experience in food service operations; at least 3 years in supervisory capacity.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).

Responsibilities

• Leads in developing continuous improvement programs for store service systems, kitchen equipment and facilities, tools, and processes.
• Evaluates technology solutions that can bring significant and cost-effective process improvements.
• Manages key projects end-to-end, coordinating with teams and ensuring effective communication across groups.
• Reviews and endorses project proposals for final approval by Country Team and Market Head.
