Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation is hiring a Process Improvement Officer to lead continuous improvement programs for customer experience store cleanliness and condition systems, tools, and processes through store visits, data validation, and feedback analysis. The role focuses on C&S and store upkeep in a hybrid Ortigas, Pasig setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Management or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience with 3+ years in supervision or project management.
• Experience with Cleanliness & Sanitation Systems is a plus.
• Experience in the food industry (QSR) is a plus.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).

Responsibilities

• Develop customer experience management tools and processes for store cleanliness and condition.
• Develops and manages the C&S System and Day-One Look-And-Feel Program in restaurant operations.
• Review initiatives to align with customer experience standards on store cleanliness and condition.
• Uphold the Cleanliness and Condition pillar in direct support of FSC.
• Provide technical expertise to support groups and stores to ensure standards are met.
• Spearhead coordination with Restaurant Systems and outside partners to address concerns and high service levels.
• Lead problem-solution analysis and store visits to address gaps in CX and C&S.
