Job summary

SM Store is seeking a Manager, Business Process Excellence to analyze processes, drive improvements, and partner with leaders to raise efficiency and standardization across operations. You will design solutions, implement governance, and deliver regular reports to support data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process documentation, and ensuring timely, on-budget quality changes as part of a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree or the equivalent of Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Information systems or related courses preferred
• At least 2 years of Project/Business management work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of existing processes and systems, identify operational challenges and opportunity areas; present findings
• Design and offer proactive solutions and improvement plan in order to improve the business and operations
• Work with business functions and assist in operationalizing business processes
• Delivers regular and ad-hoc reports on time as requested by the internal and external clients
• Build process flowcharts and documentation
• Ensure that the process changes/improvements are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
