Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Project/Business management work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of existing processes and systems; identify challenges and opportunities, present findings.
• Design and propose proactive solutions and improvement plans to enhance business operations.
• Collaborate with business functions to operationalize processes.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to internal and external clients.
• Create process flowcharts and maintain documentation.
• Ensure process changes meet timelines, budget, and quality requirements.
• Evaluate outcomes of changes and determine learnings.

The Manager, Business Process Excellence is responsible for analyzing processes and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The role partners closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and automation. Through data-driven insights and process governance, the position helps build a culture of operational excellence across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of existing processes and systems, identify operational challenges and opportunity areas; present findings
• Design and offer proactive solutions and improvement plan in order to improve the business and operations
• Work with business functions and assist in operationalizing business processes
• Delivers regular and ad-hoc reports on time as requested by the internal and external clients
• Build process flowcharts and documentation
• Ensure that the process changes/improvements are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
• Evaluate and assess the outcomes of the process change as established during the planning phase and determine learnings Lead the analysis of existing processes and systems, identify operational challenges and opportunity areas; present findings

Key Qualifications

• University degree or the equivalent of Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Information systems or related courses preferred
