Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
3–5 years experience in process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma) and procedure improvement.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, asset management, warehouse operations, and fleet management.
Experience in designing and implementing structured workflows.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, esp. Google Sheets.
Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Oversee permits and licenses for all locations and ensure timely submission of documents to regulators.
Supervise asset management including vehicles, properties, and equipment; maintain records.
Manage fleet compliance, vehicle registrations, insurance, and travel permits; track tool and fuel usage.
Set up and supervise warehouse processes for receiving, releasing, and transmittals; conduct regular inventory checks.
Develop and refine structured process flows for administrative procedures.
Lead and mentor administrative staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
