Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Associate Manager to support the Operations Manager in coordinating day-to-day plant operations, with responsibility for Production, Warehousing & Logistics, Quality Management, and Maintenance.

You will monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, coordinate corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement to boost productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years in manufacturing/food processing operations with 2-3 years in supervisory/management roles.
• Experience in Production, Warehousing & Logistics, Quality, and/or Maintenance.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, quality management, and manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with KPI monitoring, ERP/MRP systems, inventory management, and process improvement.
• HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, Lean/Six Sigma, or BOSH certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced plant environment and extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in coordinating day-to-day plant operations (Production, Warehousing & Logistics, Quality, Maintenance).
• Ensure production plans are executed and products meet quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and reliability.
• Provide direction to supervisors and teams to ensure adherence to policies and performance standards.

Job Title: Operations Associate Manager

Role Summary:
The Operations Associate Manager supports the Operations Manager in managing and coordinating day-to-day plant operations, with primary responsibility for Production, Warehousing & Logistics, Quality Management, and Maintenance. The role ensures that production plans are effectively executed, products meet required quality and food safety standards, materials and finished goods are properly managed, and equipment and facilities remain reliable and available for operations.

The position monitors operational performance, identifies process gaps and bottlenecks, coordinates corrective actions, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational reliability. The role also provides direction and coordination to supervisors and operational teams to ensure consistent execution of established policies, procedures, and performance standards.
