Gentem Consulting is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee all manufacturing plant operations in Iloilo City, ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and cost-effectiveness. The role provides leadership across plant functions, drives operational excellence, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, and strong skills in leadership, budgeting, and process improvement

• 5+ years in manufacturing or plant operations with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure.
• Experience in KPI monitoring, budgeting, and operational planning is an advantage.
