Job summary

Benby Enterprises, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented professional to support process excellence in Supply Chain Operations. The role focuses on evaluating processes, developing baseline metrics, and identifying actions to reduce defects, lead time, and costs.

The candidate will conduct time and motion studies, assist in standard settings, and help ensure ISO 9001 quality, food safety, and OHS standards are maintained across operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related course.
• Basic knowledge on Industrial Engineering/ Process Excellence/ Problem Solving tools with experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists in evaluating company processes to identify opportunities and implement improvements to improve cost efficiency, operational effectiveness, and overall performance.
• Help in developing aligned baseline metrics and Key Performance Indicators, performance analysis and reporting of key operations performance measures.
• Assists in working with management on performance targets and recommend action plans designed to reduce defects, reduce lead time, improve quality, and reduce costs associated with operations.
• Conduct review and validation of process standards, and initiate Time and Motion Studies (TMS), process mapping, and standard settings for Supply Chain Operations.
• Ensure implementation of Goal Management, Communication structure and Process Excellence are in-place.
• Monitors Corrective Action Reports, Incident Reports, IARTS, and verification of actions to ensure sustainability and effectiveness.
• Conducts mandatory and process trainings across SC Departments.
• Act as Internal Quality Auditor that obtains and assesses the processes and GWP/GDP/GMP. Constantly evaluates the effects of audit observations and personal interactions during an audit.
• Safeguard and assist Supply Chain Operations during compliance and sustainability of ISO 9001 - Quality Management System, Food Safety, and Occupational Safety and Health Standards.
