Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking an Mechanical/Electronics Engineer in the Philippines to support semiconductor and PCB backend processes including Test and Pack, Dicing, and inspection. The role focuses on improving lead times, quality, and efficiency across manufacturing lines.

You will apply SPC, FMEA and DOE with Minitab to drive process improvements, manage projects, and maintain compliance with procedures and standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical and Electronics Engineering.
• 2+ years of semiconductor and PCB backend experience.
• Experience with SPC, QC Tools, FMEA, DOE; proficient in Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, update and control lead time performance on the line.
• Perform studies for process or equipment improvements and feasibility.
• Review machine parameters vs control chart data and take actions for out-of-control trends.
• Generate and revise procedural documents and work instructions.
• Perform root cause and failure analysis and plan corrective actions.
• Set up evaluations for new methodologies, materials or equipment.
• Ensure compliance with documented operating procedures.
• Support quality-related activities and issue resolution.
