Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in semiconductor or automotive manufacturing.
• Product and test engineering knowledge preferred.
• Back-end assembly and test knowledge preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills using statistical tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• New Product Introduction from design to mass production.
• Monitor yield and identify root causes via DOE and statistics.
• Support investigations into production failures and customer returns.
• Drive cost savings by optimizing processes.
• Set up SAP, MES, SCADA, SPC, SYL SBL, and PAT for products.
• Provide supervision and guidance to engineers and technicians.
