Job summary

A manufacturing firm in Quezon City is looking for a Process Engineer to design, test, and improve manufacturing processes in line with GMP standards. The role involves research for new processes, testing, and troubleshooting, alongside updating production documents. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and prior work experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
Work experience as a process engineer is a plus but not required.
Ability to manage projects.
Proficient with computer and information technology.
Ability to persuade others to change existing practices.

Responsibilities

Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes.
Design and plan equipment layout.
Conduct tests and monitor process performance throughout production.
Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues with Production Supervisors.
Draft process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
Monitor and implement Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Develop and update production documents, procedures, and standards.
Accomplish and monitor production’s Corrective Action Reports (CAR).
Monitor production efficiency, utilization, and wastage.
