Job summary

VidaXL Services (PH) Inc. is seeking an Order Management Process Controller to oversee end-to-end sales order flow and drive improvements across the Order Management department.

You will investigate incidents, coordinate cross-functional resolutions, and act as a subject matter expert for process execution in multiple locations. The role requires 3–5+ years in order management or related operations, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication to manage stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Order Management, Process Control, Operations, or similar.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order management processes and workflows.

• Experience investigating incidents and coordinating cross-functional resolution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee the end-to-end sales order flow to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Investigate complex order-related incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Proactively identify recurring issues, process gaps, and operational risks, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with teams such as Logistics, Customer Service, Finance and IT to resolve order flow issues.
• Support incident management by ensuring proper escalation, communication, and follow-up.
• Maintain and improve process documentation, work instructions, and knowledge articles.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other Process Controllers.
• Support process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and operational excellence activities.

As a Process Controller within our Order Management department, you play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of the end-to-end sales order flow.
