Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking a role focused on ensuring MMPC DOS compliance among car dealers in the Philippines. The job involves regular dealer visits, audits, and presenting results to dealer principals and management.

The candidate will maintain records of compliance and identify critical dealers for focused improvements, preparing audit reports for endorsement to MMPC's Network Management Committee. Strong coordination with dealer management and process-improvement expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Prefers Industrial Engineering degree.
• At least 2 years experience in handling sales or after-sales dealer operations at automotive distributor level.
• Exposure to close coordination with dealer management.
• Expertise on process improvement methods.
• Has good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knows how to drive light vehicles (M/T and A/T).

Responsibilities

• Ensure dealers' compliance with MMPC Dealer Operating Standards (DOS) by conducting regular visits and periodic audit activities
• Discuss the audit results and improvement plans with the Dealer Principals and Management
• Maintain and update a record of the dealers' compliance status with MMPC DOS
• Identify critical dealers that need prioritized improvement activities
• Prepare periodic audit reports for endorsement to MMPC's Network Management Committee on dealer non-compliances
• Provide necessary assistance to dealers' operations

• Maintain and constantly update a record of the dealers' compliance status with MMPC DOS
• Identify critical dealers that need to be prioritized for focused improvement activitiesPrepare periodic audit reports for endorsement to MMPC's Network Management Committee on the non-compliances of dealers that need to be addressed
• Provide the necessary assistance to dealers' operations

About you

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering is preferred. Engineering, Business Management or related field
• At least 2 years experience in handling sales or after-sales dealer operations in the automotive distributor level
• Exposure to close coordination with dealer management
