Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking an experienced Training role to execute and monitor programs that enhance instructor and trainee skills in MMPC standards. You will manage training requirements and oversee Training Center facilities and equipment across dealer networks.

The role requires 5 years in Classroom, workshop, and online training, preferably with an automotive background. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for effective program delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or related course.
• 5 years' experience in Classroom, workshop, and online training.
• Automotive industry background preferred; sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills; knowledge in creative design is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor training activities to enhance skills of instructors and trainees in MMPC rules and standards.
• Assist in managing foreign and local training requirements for the department.
• Assist in managing and monitoring the upkeep and improvement of Training Center facilities and equipment.
• Assist in inventory and distribution of service manuals, publications, and diagnostic tools.
• Develop revalidation program and a monitoring tool to improve future training programs.
• Monitor Dealer in-house Trainer and Training activities and facilities maintenance.
• Develop training programs aimed at increasing the competence of dealer Sales and After-sales personnel.

About the role

This role involves executing and monitoring training activities to enhance the skills of instructors and trainees in compliance with MMPC rules and standards. You will manage training requirements, oversee Training Center facilities and equipment, and develop programs to improve training effectiveness across dealer networks.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor training activities that enhance the skills of both instructors and trainees in compliance with MMPC rules and standards
• Assist in managing the department's foreign and local training requirements
• Assist in managing and monitoring the upkeep and proper maintenance and improvement of Training Center facilities and equipment
• Assist in managing and monitoring proper inventory and distribution of service manuals, publications, and diagnostic tools
• Execute and monitor the development of the revalidation program and a monitoring tool to improve future training programs
• Monitor the development of all Dealer in-house Trainer and Training activities to include maintenance of its facilities and equipment
• Execute training program developments aimed at increasing the competence level of dealer Sales and After-sales personnel

About you

• Graduate of Engineering or any related course
• 5 years' experience in Classroom, workshop, and online training
