Job summary

2GO Group is seeking an experienced Operations Compliance professional to establish, guide, and monitor processes that meet required quality standards. You will support process owners, drive audits, and ensure adherence to performance metrics across the network.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data-driven problem solving, and close collaboration with operations teams. Bachelor-level education in logistics/industrial engineering is preferred, with fresh graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or 1 year in logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist process owners to develop and finalize SOPs.
• Monitor operations performance and compliance with standards.
• Organize weekly/monthly meetings with Operations to review performance.
• Conduct regular process audits to align with standards.
• Submit progress reports on new and existing projects weekly.
• Provide technical support for client issues with corrective actions.
• Update SOPs to include process improvements.
• Review master operating plans from clients.

You will establish , guide and monitor operations compliancetothe required and agreed Quality Standards.

What you’ll do

• Assistprocess owners to develop / finalize their standard operating plans.-Completion Q3 2023
• Operations performance monitoring and compliance to set standards-Start Q3 2023
• Organize / Spearhead weekly and/or monthly meeting with Operations to review their performance-Start Q3 2023
• Perform regular, periodic process audit to ensure all processess are aligned with the set standards.-Start Q3 2023
• Submission of progress report on new and existing projects-weekly report
• Provide technical support to come up with solutions, corrective actions to client issues-As needed
• Amendment of Standard Operating plan to update, incorporate process improvements.-As needed
• Review of Clients (master) operating plans-As needed

You’ll thrive in this role if you

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply or at least 1 year experience in Logistics Industry
