Overview

Here’s the difference you’ll make. Responsible for supporting the coordination, planning, and execution, and monitoring of on-site and off-site processing. Actively participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving programs and keeps appropriate documentation and reportorial requirement.

What you’ll do (your mission)

• Serves as liaison to other departments, including interacting with Customer Service team, present performance findings to supervisor and manager as well as tracking and measuring operational performance indicators. - Customer Service Level Agreement
• Ensures execution of daliy production plan by establishing priorities, monitoring hourly progress, revising schedules, and reporting results of the processing. - Operations Bulletin
• Monitor all administrative functions as per requirement. - Departmental Objectives
• Prepare and maintain employee attendance records for analysis of manpower utilization as well as records of supplies consumption - Budget
