Job summary

Mettler Toledo AG is looking for a candidate who will manage divisional strategies and P&L while ensuring compliance with policies in Metro Manila, Philippines. The role requires strong leadership in maintaining customer relations and executing marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on product technicalities, supporting sales processes, and leading negotiations for mutual benefit, while also guiding the team in customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the division according to agreed country development strategies.
• Manage the divisional P&L within allocated budget.
• Ensure compliance to policies, procedures and values in all areas of operational activity.
• Support the delivery of all marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and optimization of quality of service.
• Provide periodic reports on performance of the division against the set targets to the Country Manager.
• Monitor and provide guidance on the development of qualified customer database for targeted segments.
• Provide guidance to team in Key account management ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support design and execution of all marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Participate in Sales visits to key customers to build relationships.
• Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
• Provide expert advice on product & technical information to team and customers.
• Provide necessary support in technology evaluation stage of the sales process.
• Communicate regulatory compliance requirement effectively.
• Provide support in interaction with customers' engineering teams.
• Support and guide the team at field events like conferences.
• Lead negotiations to ensure win-win agreements with customers.
