Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

The Pro Audio and Lighting Engineer is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Quezon City. This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing professional audio and lighting solutions for TV production, live events, film projects, and integrated ProAVL systems. The engineer will conduct site assessments, prepare technical plans, set up and calibrate equipment, and perform system testing and troubleshooting. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and clients, operating and optimizing lighting control systems during productions, and ensuring that LED and other lighting systems meet performance and safety standards. The engineer will also provide technical support, documentation, and training to clients and internal teams, while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of industry technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Lighting Design and Lighting for professional audio‑visual and live production environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lighting Control systems, including programming, operation, and optimization for broadcast and live events.
• Candidates should possess skills in LED Lighting Systems, with experience in installation, configuration, and integration into ProAVL setups.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Street Lighting or architectural/exterior lighting solutions, including safety and regulatory considerations.
• Strong understanding of pro audio systems (mixers, speakers, signal routing) and their integration with lighting systems.
• Experience reading technical drawings, system schematics, and wiring diagrams, with solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site during installations, events, and productions, including occasional evenings and weekends as required.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, audio‑visual technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in broadcast, live events, or system integration environments is highly beneficial.
