Job summary

ESCO PTE.LTD. in Cavite City is seeking an Implementation engineer to lead on-site AV system installations, testing and commissioning across diverse projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

You will evaluate, configure, and troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with clients and teams. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, 1–4 years in AV or related field, and knowledge of Crestron, Extron or QSC configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• Preferably 1 to 4 years of work experience specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent
• Working experience in the AV field
• Knowledgeable in Crestron, Extron and QSC Configurations
• COSH certificate is an advantage
• Can read construction drawings: Schematic Diagram, Rough in Ins, Elevation plans
• Can perform with minimal supervision
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in different project sites

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, document, install, implement, test, maintain, operate, remove, upgrade, and modify audio-visual and video teleconferencing equipment systems
• Resolve system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolation
• Repair, replace, or reprogram faulty equipment when necessary
• Perform intricate alignment and calibration procedures to ensure AV systems are operating efficiently
• Provide customer consulting and training on controls, interfaces, and uses of the AV equipment
• Provide life cycle refreshment projections for infrastructure and AV equipment
• Conduct site surveys to establish AV equipment customer requirements, project lists of materials, and cost estimates

About the role

As an Implementation engineer, you will be responsible for the evaluation, design, documentation, installation, implementation, testing, maintenance, operation, removal and upgrade, and modification of audio-visual and video teleconferencing equipment systems. You will serve as the technical lead on-site, overseeing and executing the on-site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of commercial audio-visual systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time, meet quality standards, and function flawlessly.

Key responsibilities
