Qualifications

• Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree; undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• A minimum of 1–2+ years in customer service with voice calls is a plus.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening.
• Good communication and presentation skills; excellent customer service.
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and adaptability to different characters.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Respond to product and service questions; process orders and fulfill needs.
• Handle inquiries via chat, email, and phone; provide timely information.
• Empathize with customers and guide to resolution with self-help tools.
• Own challenging issues; escalate when necessary and log activities in the system.
