Job summary

Project Pro Inc. in Bataan seeks a Site-based Planner & Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated turnaround schedules, monitor progress, and support project controls for turnaround and shutdown projects.

The role requires Primavera P6 proficiency, CPM analysis, and strong communication with clients, operations, maintenance, and contractors; onsite and rotational shifts are expected during turnaround activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of Planning & Scheduling experience.
• Experience using Primavera P6 for schedule development.
• Experience in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, power, EPC, maintenance, turnaround, or shutdown projects.
• Strong skills in schedule analysis, reporting, progress monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
• Willing to work onsite and rotational shifts during turnaround/shutdown activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated turnaround, shutdown, startup, equipment, and unit schedules.
• Develop and update Primavera P6 schedules and conduct schedule health checks.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate field progress from units, equipment, and contractors.
• Monitor planned vs. actual progress and prepare variance analysis.
• Perform CPM analysis and identify critical and near-critical activities.
• Forecast completion dates and identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery actions.
• Prepare shift reports, dashboards, S-curves, milestone reports, and 48-hour look-ahead reports.
• Participate in planning, coordination, execution, and recovery meetings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, operations, maintenance, inspectors, and ProjectPro teams.
• Support shutdown execution, startup activities, and post-turnaround reporting.
• Prepare closeout reports covering schedule performance, delays/advancements, productivity, and lessons learned.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for schedule development and maintenance, progress monitoring, schedule analysis, forecasting, reporting, and project controls support for turnaround and shutdown projects.

This is a site-based (Bataan) and client-facing role that will coordinate closely with client management, turnaround teams, operations, maintenance personnel, contractors, inspectors, and ProjectPro management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated turnaround, shutdown, startup, equipment, and unit schedules.

• Develop and update Primavera P6 schedules and conduct schedule health checks.

Job Qualifications

Working Conditions

• Site-based/client-facing assignment

• Day and night shifts may be required

• Extended hours may be required during turnaround/shutdown execution
