Job summary

Orkestra Communications is seeking a Data Analyst in Metro Manila to analyze pricing, billing, sales, and operations data and provide clear, actionable insights for Sales Managers and Mobility Support Teams. You will leverage Excel and Power Query, with exposure to SQL, VBA, Power BI or Tableau, to automate reporting and improve processes.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, pricing, billing, finance, or sales operations.
Strong Excel skills with PivotTables, XLOOKUP or INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS and other formulas.
Hands-on experience with Power Query for data cleaning, transformation, combining datasets, or recurring reporting.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze pricing, billing, sales, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries that provide clear insights for Sales Managers and Mobility Support Teams.
Interpret data accurately and communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and practical manner.
Analyze vendor pricing, billing data, and customer options to support pricing decisions and profitability.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve processes using Excel automation, Power Query, and AI tools.
