Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in reporting and analytics in a business/office setting.
• Demonstrated ability to support reporting activities, manage client/stakeholder relationships, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required client reporting based on established service line agreements.
• Create and maintain billing templates and develop audit processes for monthly billing reconciliation.
• Analyze dashboards weekly and provide key findings to Client Services Manager or Director.
