JOLLIANT RNN CORP. is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Team in routine inspections, servicing, repairs, and monitoring of equipment across the commissary.

You will prepare tools, document equipment conditions, and ensure safe, efficient operation of machinery. The role covers a wide range of equipment including cold storages, kitchen and bakery machinery, STP, boiler, evaporators, gensets, and air systems.

Formación

• Technical/Vocational course or Associate Degree required
• 1–2 years of preventive maintenance, equipment servicing, or facility maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and basic plumbing systems
• Familiarity with cold storage systems, kitchen/bakery equipment, and industrial machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment diagrams
• Physically fit and capable of manual and technical work

About the role

The Preventive Maintenance Assistant supports the Preventive / Refrigeration Maintenance Team Leader in conducting routine inspections, servicing, repairs, and technical monitoring of all equipment and facility systems across the commissary. The role involves performing hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, documenting equipment conditions, preparing tools and materials, and ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently.

This position covers a wide range of equipment, including cold storages (freezers, chillers, walk-in cold rooms), kitchen and bakery machineries (mixers, ovens, proofers, sheeters, grinders), STP, boiler, evaporators, gensets, condensing units, water filtration systems, air compressors, fire suppression systems, and general facility utilities.

About you

• Graduate of Technical/Vocational course or Associate Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or any related field

• At least 1–2 years of experience in preventive maintenance, equipment servicing, or facility maintenance

• Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and basic plumbing systems

• Familiarity with maintenance of cold storage systems, kitchen/bakery equipment, and industrial machinery

• Ability to perform troubleshooting, basic repair, and preventive maintenance procedures

• Can read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment diagrams

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual and technical work

• Strong attention to detail with ability to document and report equipment status accurately

• Good work attitude, team-oriented, disciplined, and safety-conscious
