Leslie Corporation in the Philippines seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to install and maintain production machines, including cold rooms, machine rooms, and process equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements include NCII in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning, at least 1 year of related experience, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to read electrical, hydraulic,

• College graduate or college level with NCII certificate on Refrigeration or Air Conditioning.
• At least 1 year working experience in related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to use mechanical, electrical and refrigeration tools, ability to understand and follow direction.
• Ability to understand and interpret Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic Diagram and P&ID.
• Preferably with experience in food related and hydroponics manufacturing machines.

Responsabilidades

• Install and maintain production machines.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Attend minor and major repairs of defective equipment in cold rooms, machine room and process equipment.
• Ensure daily data gathering of Maintenance activity form is timely and complete.
• Monitor equipment parameters.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.

Main Duties, Responsibilities and Performance Indicators

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines.

• Conducts, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance activities of all equipment.

• Attends all minors and major repairs of defective equipment and machineries in cold rooms, machine room and process equipment.

• Ensures that daily data gathering of Maintenance activity form is timely, accurately and completely filled

• Monitors equipment parameters

• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Job Qualifications

• College graduate or College level with NCII certificate on Refrigeration or Air Conditioning

• At least1 year working experience in related fields.
