M CATERING AND FINE FOODS is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Metro Manila to inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on catering equipment and fixed assets.

You will work with the Warehouse Team to minimize downtime and ensure safety and audit readiness, using hand and power tools, with a focus on reliability and timely issue resolution.

Formación

• 1–2 years of relevant maintenance experience in electrical, mechanical, or general maintenance.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical systems, hand and power tools, and carpentry.
• Vocational/technical diploma or equivalent training in Electrical/Industrial Maintenance or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and repair catering equipment and fixed assets to keep operations running.
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Carry out basic carpentry and facility maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support warehouse teams and coordinate maintenance activities.

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of catering equipment, electrical work, mechanical/equipment repair, and basic carpentry to ensure all non-food fixed assets are safe, functional, and audit-ready. The Maintenance Technician works closely with the Warehouse Team to minimize equipment downtime and extend the service life of company assets.

About you

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in electrical, mechanical, or general maintenance work
• Working knowledge of basic electrical systems, hand and power tools, and carpentry techniques
• Vocational/technical diploma or equivalent training in Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or a related field
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good time management and ability to prioritize multiple work orders
• Team-oriented with clear communication skills for coordinating with Warehouse and other teams
• Resourcefulness and initiative in addressing equipment issues with minimal supervision
