Lola Nena's Pichi Pichi Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Officer to oversee facility and machine upkeep across multiple branches in Metro Manila. You will coordinate inspections, manage repairs, and ensure operations run with minimal downtime.

The role requires a technical degree and 2–3 years of maintenance experience, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment. Travel between store locations may be required, and you’ll report to the Operations team.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical/Vocational Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in general maintenance or facilities management.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular inspections of branches to identify maintenance needs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural issues.
• Coordinate and oversee repair and maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies, ensuring the safety and security of employees and customers.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule to prevent disruptions and minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance on various machines, such as ovens, mixers, refrigerators, and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions, initiating timely repairs to minimize production interruptions.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all machines, ensuring optimal performance, longevity, and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, including completed repairs, ongoing projects, and future recommendations.
• Conduct safety training sessions and drills to promote awareness and prevent accidents or incidents.

About you

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Willing to travel to various store locations as needed
