Job summary

Notified is seeking a Management Level professional with strong English, communications, and journalism background to review and format client press releases. You will ensure grammar, spelling, and consistency while aligning with the client’s original version, and support clients via phone and email.

In this role, you will assist with regulatory filings such as SEDAR and EDGAR, manage client accounts and multimedia libraries, and collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience; newswire experience a plus.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review client press releases for grammar, spelling and inconsistencies.
• Format press releases to match client versions as closely as possible.
• Support clients via phone and email.
• Assist with regulatory needs (SEDAR and EDGAR filing).
• Assist with account maintenance and multimedia libraries.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments.
