Equiniti in Manila seeks a skilled press release reviewer to ensure accuracy and formatting while supporting clients’ regulatory needs and account maintenance. The role requires strong English communications, 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced setting, and a proactive, client-focused mindset.

The position involves collaborating with teams, understanding Notified products, and serving as the primary client contact for admin and consultative needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field is required.
• 1-2 years of professional experience; newswire experience a plus.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Projects confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Review clients’ press releases for grammar, spelling, and consistency; not fact-checking.
• Format press releases to match the client’s original version as closely as possible.
• Support clients via phone and email with various requests and inquiries.
• Assist with regulatory needs such as SEDAR and EDGAR filing.
• Assist with account maintenance, including managing email lists, new users, and multimedia libraries.
• Collaborate with teammates and across departments.
• Know other Notified products and act as primary client contact for admin and consultative needs.
• Starting time can be any time of day; occasional overtime during high volume."
• Occasional weekend on-call shifts, holidays and remote monitoring shifts may occur.
