Job summary

Notified is seeking a detail-oriented professional to edit and format client press releases, ensuring grammar and consistency while closely matching the original version.

You will support clients by phone and email, assist with regulatory filings (SEDAR/EDGAR), and help maintain client accounts and multimedia libraries. Collaboration across teams is essential, with occasional overtime and weekend on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field required.
• 1–2 years of professional experience; prior newswire experience a plus.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Projects confidence, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Review clients’ press releases for grammar, spelling and consistency, not fact-checking.
• Format press releases to match client versions closely.
• Support clients via phone and email with a range of requests.
• Assist with regulatory needs like SEDAR and EDGAR filing.
• Help manage email lists, new users, accounts, and multimedia libraries.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments.
• Act as primary contact for clients’ administrative and consultative needs.
• Occasional overtime, weekend on-call, and holiday/remote monitoring shifts.
