Job summary

In a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you will support clients through the editorial process, ensure consistency, and collaborate with the Editorial team to handle high volumes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or in final year, preferred in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Entry‑level candidate or up to 1 year of professional experience in editorial, communications, publishing, customer service, or administrative role
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• High attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Format and prepare basic, non-earnings press releases according to standard templates and guidelines.
• Conduct quality reviews of press releases and related materials to ensure formatting accuracy, consistency, and completeness prior to publication or distribution.
• Provide timely and professional customer service while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Support clients with routine requests and inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate effectively with teammates in the Editorial department, and elevate complex issues when appropriate
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while working within tight deadlines
• The starting time for this position may be any time of day based on business requirements.
• Ability to work occasional overtime during high-volume periods

Summary

As an Proofreader (internally known as the Associate Editor), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality client press releases, ensuring every communication is accurate, professionally formatted, and published on time. Working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you will support clients throughout the editorial process while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and service.

This role combines editorial production, quality assurance, and customer support, making it ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent client experiences. You'll be responsible for managing high volumes of work efficiently, following established processes and service standards, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery.

Work Schedule

This position follows anywhere between 10:00PM - 8:00AM PH time

Location

This role will be based out of Notified Office located on the 14th Floor, AIA Tower (formely Philam Life Tower), 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Bel-Air, Makati City. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
