RELX Philippines is seeking a Publications Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of publications by coordinating with local editors, US stakeholders, and suppliers. The role emphasizes meeting turnaround times and quality standards while coordinating schedule revisions and notifying management of any blockers.
You will lead calls with US counterparts, apply the listed certification trainings, and support admin tasks to keep production on track across print and digital formats.
The position is responsible for the timely delivery of publications by closely coordinating with the partnering local Legal Editor or Ops Analysts, US Stakeholders such as LNUS Legal Editors and LNUS Ops, LN Canada Ops, Manufacturing Buyer, Suppliers and Subject Matter Experts. The candidate must be able to see to it that the publication assigned meets the requirements set by the business considering both Turn Around Time (TAT) and Quality. The candidate will also be responsible in coordinating schedule revisions if needed and proactively notifies his/her immediate superior in case there are unresolved issues concerning the publication assigned which may miss the target date of release and result to the loss revenue for said month. The position will also require the candidate to lead calls with US counterparts and stakeholders in relation to the publications being handled.

The candidate should be at least a college degree holder with very strong attention to details and sharp analytical skills.
In terms of communications skills both in written and oral, the candidate should at least have above average communication skills in the US English language. The candidate must be able to verbalize his/her thoughts and must be comfortable dealing with foreign partners and stakeholders.
The candidate must also have solid multi-tasking skills and can manage time well and have the flexibility to adjust to a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
The candidate must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Arbortext and basic computer skills; MS Office applications; copy-editing, familiarity with the Internet and online information searching. As the work is online, the candidate should be computer savvy.
