Job summary

Notified, the sole technology partner for investor relations and public relations professionals, is seeking a dedicated Proofreader (Associate Editor) to deliver high-quality client press releases, ensure accurate formatting, and publish on time.

In a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you will support clients through the editorial process, ensure consistency, and collaborate with the Editorial team to handle high volumes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or in final year, preferred in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Entry‑level candidate or up to 1 year of professional experience in editorial, communications, publishing, customer service, or administrative role
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• High attention to detail
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Format and prepare basic, non-earnings press releases according to standard templates and guidelines.
• Conduct quality reviews of press releases and related materials to ensure formatting accuracy, consistency, and completeness prior to publication or distribution.
• Provide timely and professional customer service while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Support clients with routine requests and inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate effectively with teammates in the Editorial department, and elevate complex issues when appropriate
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while working within tight deadlines
• The starting time for this position may be any time of day based on business requirements.
• Ability to work occasional overtime during high-volume periods
