Job summary

InnovaThink, Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a cybersecurity presales professional to support the sales team by designing solutions and preparing technical proposals.

You will engage with clients, translate requirements into security architectures, and coordinate with vendors to identify and develop business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of ZTNA, NGFW, WAF, API security, and endpoint protection, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in cybersecurity presales or related role.
• Experience with cybersecurity products and solutions.
• Knowledge of ZTNA, NGFW, WAF, API Security and Endpoint Security.
• Ability to design cybersecurity solutions based on client requirements and budget.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job description

Responsible for providing technical support during the sales process, designing solutions based on client requirements, preparing technical proposals, and working with Sales and customers to identify and develop business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution designs.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
• Work closely with Sales, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist in RFP/RFI responses and proposal preparation.
• Identify and support new business opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide ongoing technical assistance.
• Keep updated on relevant technologies, products, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity presales, solutions engineering, or a related role.
• Experience handling or supporting cybersecurity products and solutions.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), Web Application Firewall (WAF), API Security, and Endpoint Security.
• Able to design and recommend cybersecurity solutions based on customer requirements and budget.
• Good customer relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work closely with Sales, customers, vendors, and technology partners.
• Ability to prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and other presales documentation.
• Knowledge of major cybersecurity vendors and technologies is an advantage.
