Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a cybersecurity presales professional to support the sales cycle by translating client needs into technical solutions and proposals.

You will collaborate with Sales and customers, design secure architectures, present solutions, and help win new business while staying current on ZTNA, NGFW, WAF, API Security and Endpoint Security.

Strong communication, presentation skills and the ability to work with vendors and partners are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in cybersecurity presales or solutions engineering.
• Experience with cybersecurity products and solutions.
• Ability to design and propose cybersecurity solutions based on customer requirements and budget.
• Strong customer relationship management, communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to collaborate with Sales, customers, vendors and partners.
• Ability to prepare technical proposals and solution designs.
• Knowledge of major cybersecurity vendors and technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution designs.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
• Work closely with Sales, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist in RFP/RFI responses and proposal preparation.
• Identify and support new business opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide ongoing technical assistance.
• Keep updated on relevant technologies, products, and industry trends.
