About the role

BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN is seeking a Premix Encoder to join our dynamic retail and consumer products team in Tarlac City. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our bakery operations. As a Premix Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately encoding and processing premix ingredients and product information into our systems, ensuring seamless operations across our bakery production and retail environment. This position is essential to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our product management and inventory processes.

Key responsibilities

• Encoding premix ingredient data and product information into the company's management systems with precision and attention to detail

• Verifying the accuracy of premix formulations and ensuring all data entry is completed correctly

• Maintaining organised records of all encoded premix batches and related documentation

• Communicating with production and inventory teams to ensure consistency between encoded data and physical stock

• Monitoring premix stock levels and flagging any discrepancies or issues to management

• Ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards in all encoding procedures

• Supporting the smooth operation of bakery production by providing timely and accurate premix information

• Assisting with stock rotation and organisation of premix materials in storage areas
