Qualifications

• Experience in data entry or inventory management.
• Bakery, food production, or retail background preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with numerical data.

• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Reliable and punctual with consistent work standards.
• Basic math skills; familiarity with premix ingredients advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Encode premix ingredient data and product information into management systems.
• Verify accuracy of premix formulations and data entry.
• Maintain organised records of encoded premix batches.
