Qualifications

• High school diploma / secondary education / equivalent plus one year of housekeeping experience, including some supervisory training/experience.
• Must be able to speak local language(s).

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a housekeeping and laundry team to meet high standards.
• Handle complaints and special requests to keep guests satisfied.
• Ensure public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and support the team during peak periods.
• Educate team members on compliance with local laws and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory levels, prepare budgets, and drive productivity.
