Responsibilities include handling loan releases, renewals, extensions, restructurings, and related postings in ICBS, as well as end-of-day balancing and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process loan transactions and maintenance of loan records in the ICBS Loan Subsystem.
• Prepare batch sheets and balance workstations for daily transactions.
• Serve account officers requests for statements, amortization schedules, certifications and other loan records.
• Process loan releases, renewals, extensions and restructurings in accordance with approved RB, CP/QCP.
• Handle posting of loan payments, adjustments, and debits/credits in core systems.
• Prepare and reconcile end-of-day reports and summaries for loan activity.
