Job summary

CBS China Bank Savings in Metro Manila is seeking a diligent Loan Processor to manage the end-to-end intake of loan applications, balance daily transactions, and safeguard loan documents.

Responsibilities include releasing loan proceeds, updating CIFs, answering status inquiries, and generating daily and month-end reports; support record-keeping and related duties as assigned by Team Leaders. Bachelor’s/College degree in Business or related course is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Business or related course.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing and ensuring accuracy, completeness of loan application requirements, balancing end of day transactions of the branch and safekeeping of all loan documents.
• Receives and process all loan application submits loan applications for approval to Junior Loan Committee
• In-charge of releasing loan proceeds of borrowers
• Create and update Customer Information File (CIF) of all borrowers
• Receives and answers inquiries pertaining to loan application status and requirements
• Generate reports & balances all transactions for the day and during month-ends
• Prepare related accounting tickets for the day’s transaction
• Handles record keeping, filing and safekeeping of all loan reports & accounting tickets
• Performs all other related duties and responsibilities assigned by Team Leaders

Education
