You will oversee preventive maintenance for tools, dies and molds, perform repairs, manage tooling records and spare parts, conduct precision measurements, and drive downtime reduction initiatives, while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in die and mold maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of press machine processes, overhead crane, and forklift operations.
• Skilled in precision measurement, inspection, machining, grinding, welding, and fitting.
• Certifications in welding, crane, or forklift operation are plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for tools, dies, and molds.
• Perform die repair, troubleshooting, assembly, and disassembly.
• Maintain tooling records and spare parts inventory.
• Conduct precision measurements and inspections to ensure tooling accuracy.
• Support production downtime reduction initiatives.
• Develop, propose, and implement tooling and equipment improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance team members.
