Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. in the Philippines (Batangas/Tanauan) is seeking a Mold Maintenance and Production Leader to oversee daily mold-related operations, repair and maintenance, spare parts control and inventory, and EHS compliance to ensure on-time production.

The role requires 3+ years in tooling design and development, plus CAD proficiency with Pro/E/Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX, and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; 3–5+ years in tooling design and development.
• Proficiency with CAD tools: Pro/E/Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and NX.
• Experience as a practitioner in tooling design and development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, define goals and improve technologies.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions to manage specifications, deviations and changes.
• Drive production activities according to schedules and provide reports to adjust plans as necessary.
• Monitor KPIs, achieve targets and maintain quality standards while motivating the team.
