Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corp. in Taytay seeks a Die and Mold Maintenance specialist responsible for planning, executing, and improving maintenance activities to ensure tooling reliability and uninterrupted production.

You will oversee preventive maintenance for tools, dies and molds, perform repairs, manage tooling records and spare parts, conduct precision measurements, and drive downtime reduction initiatives, while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in die and mold maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of press machine processes, overhead crane, and forklift operations.
• Skilled in precision measurement, inspection, machining, grinding, welding, and fitting.
• Certifications in welding, crane, or forklift operation are plus.

About the role

About you

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical/Vocational course related to Machining, Tool & Die, Mechanical Technology or related field
• Extensive experience in die and mold maintenance and repair
• Knowledgeable in press machine processes, overhead crane, and forklift operations
• Skilled in precision measurement, inspection, machining, grinding, welding, and fitting
• Certifications in welding, crane, or forklift operation are plus
