Job summary

Lip Sheng Precision Mold Philippines Corporation is seeking a tooling technician to fabricate, repair and modify tooling parts. You will read 2D/3D CAD files, operate CNC milling, lathes and grinders, and perform preventive maintenance while complying with 5S and safety policies.

The role involves technical support across manufacturing groups, document control for mold projects, and prioritizing work streams. Willingness to work Monday through Saturday is required.

Qualifications

• Read 2D and 3D CAD files to guide tooling fabrication and repairs.
• Perform tooling preventive maintenance and setup type work.
• Operate CNC and conventional milling, lathes, and surface grinders.
• Basic welding for precision tooling repair; follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform tooling fabrication, repair and modification tasks.
• Maintain 5S and health, safety and environmental policies.
• Read CAD files and assess mold tooling viability for trials.
• Maintain document control for mold projects and repairs.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing groups.
• Resolve priorities and project-related issues.
• Work from Monday to Saturday as required.
